A: Tickets are priced per artist, producer, duo or music group. Managers can attend
for free once the artist registers.
Q: How long has the A&R Power Summit been around?
A: The A&R Power Summit started 9 years ago.
Q: Do you guarantee that I will get signed?
A: We can not guarantee that you will get signed. However, you will have the opportunity to meet the right people who can help you to advance your music career for the possibility of getting signed.
Q: Will there only be A&R’s reps at this event?
A: No. There will be producers, Entertainment Lawyers, Managers, Publishing companies, distribution companies, booking agents and more that will attend and/or sit on panel discussions.
Q: I’m coming from out of town, where can I find Hotel information?
A: You can get info from various travel websites such as Hotels.com , Expedia.com, travelocity.com, etc.. regarding hotels within the vicinity.
Q: How many Label Reps will I get to have one on one time with at the A&R listening sessions?
A: You will get the opportunity to sit with TWO Labels for the face to face A&R meetings. You will also be able to leave your demo/press kit with ALL of the label reps as well.
Q: I bought my ticket(s) online. Will a pass be mailed to me? What else do I need to do?
A: If you purchased your ticket online, you need to print your receipt that was emailed to you from PayPal.com. You can also present the receipt from your phone as well. You must bring the receipt along with your “proper” ID.

Q: What should I expect at the 2013 A&R Power Summit
– You will receive an 1 on 1 sit down meeting with TWO Major label A&R executives of your choice based on availability.
– The meeting will last 8 minutes. The A&R executive will listen to a maximum of Two (2) of your songs.
– You will have access to insightful panels based on ringtone marketing, publishing, distribution, legal matters and A&R.
– You will have the opportunity to establish contacts and network with some of the music industry’s top executives
– The format is simple. Come with your music package and be ready to pitch your music to record label A&Rs and other music professionals. During the networking section, you will receive personalized feedback about your music from each panelist you select.
