**Each Showcase competition will be judged by Top Music Industry Executives.**
Each Artist or Producer will be judged on the following criteria:
- Originality
- Artistic Ability
- Arrangement and Production
- Radio Appeal
- Entertainment Value
- Lyrics and Flow
- Stage Presence
All Selected R&B Artists, Hip Hop Artists and Producers are required to pay the $280 registration fee for the Summit plus an additional $220 if selected for the Showcase:

(R&B Songstress Tyra B. performed at the Urban Threshold A&R Power Summit in the Summer of 2005. She was unsigned at the time. Her management made key connections at the summit and shortly thereafter she received a record deal through Universal.
